DispatchIf the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the normal cancellation process.In such cases, the customer may contact us and the request may be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Refund for

Cancelled OrdersFor an approved cancellation where payment has already been received, Nuts Villa intends to initiate the applicable refund within 24 hours of cancellation approval.The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant payment provider or banking system.
